We the members on the Sway Success VFO Community, in Order to form a more perfect professional service for those receiving professional services, provide for a common interest in striving for your mission success, promote your mission, and secure the financial well-being of your mission, do ordain and establish this Constitution of Sway Success VFO Community.

Article 1: Sway Success VFO Community

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Community will provide members in the Virtual Family Office with superior professional services, for you who is seeking assistance from professionals without fear or judgement.

Article 2: Purpose

Section 1

The purpose for the creation of Sway Success VFO Community membership is to provide you a safe and reliable community for those seeking clarity and confidence when choosing their professional team.

Section 2: Professional’s Oath

The Professional’s Oath will establish extremely high standards for all professionals seeking to become members in the Sway Success VFO Community.

Article 3: Membership

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Community membership is available to invite only members. All members must treat each other with respect, kindness and encouragement.

Section 2

To become a member, one must answer the survey questions.

Section 3

There are two types of members Professional Member (PM) and Community member (CM). The PM refers to the a financial professional offering services, while the CM refers to those who are receiving financial services.

Section 4

The PM will be terminated if the Professional Oath is violated. CM will be terminated if inappropriate conduct is reported to the Board.

Article 4: Executive Board

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Community Executive Board will be made up of five members an Estate Attorney, Personal Financial Planner (CFP or PFS), Tax Professional (CPA or EA), Investment Advisor (Fiduciary only) & Retirement Trustee Specialist (Fiduciary Only)

Section 2

The Executive Board will ensure PM are adhering to the purpose of Sway Success VFO Community and the Professional’s Oath.

Article 5: Committees

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Community encourages all members to form committees or groups.

Article 6: Elections

Section 1

Nominations will be decided every two years by CM by vote.

Section 2

Eligibility to be nominated must be one of our PM.

Article 7: Amendments

Section 1

Amendments can be initiated by CM only.

Section 2

The amendment will need a 4 out of 5 executive board members approval.
